No  full hearing of Judicial Review of Army Board decision to retain Scots Guards - 

Justice Delayed in Peter Mc Bride Case

A full judicial  review of the Army Board decision to retain two Scots Guards convicted of the murder  of PeterMc Bride will not be going ahead on Monday as previously thought.  As this update goes out (4pm Friday) the Ministry of Defence have failed to  supply the necessary affidavits or even reply to letters it has emerged. 

As a  result it remains unclear when a full legal challenge of the Scots Guards decision  will be heard in open court. We will provide an update on Monday with the new  date as the information becomes available.
