The Semaj
The Semaj is dedicated to mining, which is a pursuit for only the toughest and most tenacious character. Unlike part-time miner and full-time bigmouth Bellaroonius, The Semaj does not get distracted from mining by pointless quests or lame skills like fishing.
That said, at least Bellaroonius is a member of the miners guild - so some level of grudging respect is due. There is no shortcut to high-level mining: you just have to hack lots of rocks!
The Semaj has ranging 2, and pours scorn on ranging - partly because he has been PK'ed by hordes of cowardly rangers a couple of times, but mainly because rangers wear chaps. Ooooh, nice. Enough said.
However, The Semaj's only real enemy is the foul and unnatural autominer. The Semaj has reported scores of these loathsome zombies, and his hit rate (when autos get banned) is above 90%.
The Semaj makes a living by selling full steel (plate armour, plate legs, a full helm and a kite shield) at the bargain price of just 3500 gold (or 4000 with a steel battleaxe). PM or find him in the West Bank in Varrock if you want to take advantage of his fine bargains - he always has steel in stock.
