20x20 Exhibition at Access Space, March 2006
"20x20" is an open submission exhibition at Access Space. The only brief
for participants is the requirement that each artwork must measure
20 inches by 20 inches.
As you'll see, themes and media in the 2006 show were satisfyingly
diverse, but work well together, united by their consistent format.
The show included work by professional and amateur artists and crafters,
and people who have never made artwork for public exhibition before.
Participants ranged in age from 4 to 71.
We hope you'll agree that the quality of work is exceptional - certainly
the feedback we had from visitors to Access Space suggest this is one of the most successful shows we've exhibited.
Once you've had a look at the first 20x20, you may be interested to visit 20x20 2007.
